It is now as as polished as an app can be, with an easy-to-use interface, perfect countdown clock, automatic power management features to disable and re-enable your screen saver when appropriate, quick user presets to save your own custom start sequences, complete race signal reference from the Racing Rules of Sailing, and much more. Sailing Race Starts is a great app and well worth far more than the purchase price. If you do sailboat racing, you will love this app. This app fills a very unique niche. There isn’t anything out there that even comes close.
Please note, this is not simply a race timer. It is a race start system. You can actually depend on this to start real races with real sounds for real regattas. I welcome your feedback. If you can think of something that would make this app better, please let me know!
